Split creator payouts without the spreadsheet argument.

For teams splitting revenue on Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft and FiveM. Isola keeps a payout record every collaborator can see — and nobody, including the owner, can quietly edit.

The problem

The platform pays one account. Your team is several people.

And the number moves after you’ve already told everyone what they’re getting.

The estimate isn’t final

Creator Portal shows a figure, then posts the real one roughly 30 days after the period closes. They don’t have to match.

Spreadsheets get edited

Someone fixes a formula by hand in November. In February nobody can reconstruct why September changed.

Then you’re the one chasing

You did the maths, you absorb the argument, and every January someone asks you for their earnings for tax.

How it works

Agree it once. The ledger does the rest.

Set the split per place

Collaborators differ on each island, so splits belong to an island rather than the team. Shares can start late or sunset.

Everyone signs off

A period only locks when every named contributor has approved. Nobody can set their own share.

Post the platform’s figures

Provisional first, then the final. The difference is carried into next month, never clawed back.

Everyone sees their own account

Running balance, what’s been paid, and a CSV their accountant can actually use.

Why not a spreadsheet

A locked period cannot quietly change.

That’s the whole product. The maths is the easy part.

Estimates are reversed, not edited

When the final arrives, the estimate is withdrawn on the record and the settled figure booked. You can always show what was believed and when it changed.

Nobody is asked to send money back

A downward revision becomes a negative adjustment on next month. Clawing back cash someone already spent is how these arrangements end.

Every split is versioned and signed

September reconciles against the split September locked with. Later changes create a new version and leave the old one intact.

Also in the box

The unglamorous parts, done properly.

Bank reconciliation

Import your statement and see what you recorded against what actually left the account. Ambiguous lines are left for you, not guessed.

Statements they can keep

Every contributor exports their own running record as CSV — opening balance, what was credited, what was paid, closing balance.

Expenses and advances

Art commissions come off the top before it’s split. Recoupable advances clear automatically and never push anyone negative.

Discord and Telegram

Your team already has a group chat. Isola works in it.

Balances and approvals without anyone opening a dashboard. Replies are private to whoever ran the command, so nobody learns what anyone else is owed — on Telegram, where a group reply would be public, the answer is sent to you directly instead.

Pricing

Priced on what you handle, not how many people you add.

Charging per collaborator would penalise you for adding the people whose visibility is the point.

Four platforms, one set of books multi-platform

Chosen per team and per place, so a studio running an island and an experience keeps one ledger rather than two. Isola knows which revenue streams settle in two stages and which do not, so it only warns you about a figure moving when a figure moving is unexpected.

Fortnite

Islands

  • Engagement payout
  • In-island transactions
  • Support-a-Creator
  • Sponsored row

Engagement is the one that moves between estimate and final.

Roblox

Experiences

  • Engagement payout
  • Game passes
  • Developer products
  • Premium payouts
  • Paid access

Engagement and Premium payouts are the ones that move.

Minecraft

Servers and maps

  • Marketplace sales
  • Character Creator items
  • Server store
  • Subscriptions

Nothing here settles in two stages, so nothing is expected to move.

FiveM

Servers

  • Store sales
  • Donations
  • Subscriptions
  • Asset sales

Nothing here settles in two stages, so nothing is expected to move.

Starter adds

  • Monthly statements emailed to every contributor, automatically
  • /owed and /pnl in Discord

Studio adds

  • The year-end pack, ready for your accountant
  • Exchange rates fetched automatically for each period
  • As many accountant links as you need

Free forever, on every plan always

  • Reading your own statement of accountfree
  • Exporting it for your accountantfree
  • An account for every contributorfree
  • Posting new figuresneeds the right plan

Contributors don’t choose the plan. Locking someone out of their own financial records over an invoice isn’t something a bookkeeping tool gets to do.

Isola records. It never moves money.

The platform pays you, you pay your team through your own bank, and Isola keeps the record straight. Nothing passes through us — which is exactly why there’s nothing to go wrong with it.

The demo runs entirely in your browser with a worked example. No sign-up.

Questions

Does Isola hold or move my money?

No. The platform pays you, you pay your team through your own bank, and Isola keeps the record. There is no float, no custody, and no cut of the payout.

What happens when a payout is revised after I have told everyone?

The provisional credit is reversed and replaced by the final figure rather than edited, and the difference carries into the next month. Nobody is ever asked to send money back.

Can the team owner quietly change a figure?

No. Statements are frozen when posted, so a September statement reads identically in December. Every split version, approval, figure and payment is recorded with who did it and when, and nothing can be removed.

Can a contributor check the books themselves?

Yes. Any team member can run the books check, not just the owner. A verification only the owner can run verifies nothing.

Which platforms does Isola support?

Fortnite islands, Roblox experiences, Minecraft servers and maps, and FiveM servers. A team can run places on more than one platform and keep one set of books.

Does it cost more to add collaborators?

No. Pricing follows the volume your team handles, not how many people are on it. Everyone gets an account on every plan, including free.

Is anything locked behind a paid plan?

No feature is. Paid plans add owner convenience at scale. Reading and exporting your own records is free on every plan and always will be.

Can Isola pay my team for me?

No, and it never will. Isola produces a file listing what each person is owed, which you upload to your own bank and authorise yourself. CSV for most banks, NACHA for the United States, SEPA for the eurozone, ABA for Australia. The file contains no bank account details.

Can I move an existing team onto Isola?

Yes. Record what each person was owed on the day you start, and the books begin from there rather than pretending nobody is owed anything.

What can I send my accountant?

A general ledger of every transaction, and a reconciliation showing opening, recognised, paid and closing figures per person. Both take a date range and download as Excel, CSV or JSON — and both are on the read-only link you give them, so they need not ask you.
